SHIPPING & RETURNS
All orders, for in stock items, are processed and shipped within three (3) to five (5) business days. Upon placing your order with us you will receive a confirmation email. All orders are processed in the order they are received.
We are currently unable to offer gift cards or samples with our orders.
Please note that every candle listed as ‘out of stock’ is available for pre-order – we will be delighted to make them for you. One thing to note when placing order for something that is out of stock - we cure our candles for five (5) days prior to shipping. Please take that in the account when placing order for such item(s).
As we strive for a work-life balance and spend our free time away from gadgets, we will not be able to process any orders during weekends and holidays.

If you are located outside BC we can arrange a special shipment for which we ask that you please enquire with us directly.
Shipping times vary depending on your location within Canada. Please allow four (4) to seven (7) business days for delivery within Canada.
All shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout. Please note that all international packages may be subject to customs fees, which are not included in our shipping rate and are the customer's responsibility to cover. If you are wanting express shipping, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll do our very best to fulfill it. All orders are processed and shipped from North Vancouver within five (5) business days. You will receive a shipping notification once your order leaves our door.
You will receive an e-mail notification when your order has been shipped.
For Immediate pick up, we are offering curbside pick up to locals in North Vancouver, BC with shipping option CURBSIDEPICKUP selected at checkout. We will contact you for further details.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will at replacing or refunding the item(s) damaged during shipment to you. A photographic proof of damage must be submitted to email@example.com within three (3) days of arrival.
If upon receipt of the candle you end up not loving the scent, you may exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price, within fourteen (14) days of purchase. But, please be reminded, that the candle must be unused and in its original condition to be fit for exchange.
The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost on all returned and exchanged items. The exchange process must be started within fourteen (14) days of the original date of delivery and requires proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification and further instructions.
